With the needs to ensure the best safety to the workers involved in maintenance or construction of infrastructure, SAFEVIA developed the safety barriers SVB 05 G.

The main feature of this solution is its versatility and ease of assembly and disassembly, allowing fast installation, using little manpower, and no need for suspension of rail traffic.

The BARRIERS SVB 05 G, are approved by the REFER, National Railway Network, EPE.

The innovative technical development carried out by SAFEVIA, is registered as Utility Model, No. 10075, in the National Institute of Industrial Property, Directorate of Patents and Trademarks.

The Spiral COIL – SVE 06 strengthen new and used wooden sleepers and beare.

The spirals extend the useful life of wooden sleepers, contributing significantly to the reduction of maintenance costs of track.

SAFEVIA developed the process of design and engineering of the spirals, as well as the entire production process, including procedures and methodology of quality control.
